During its “Spring Loaded” event, Apple announced a purple iPhone 12 that will arrive later this month.
Framing it as a spring color, Apple made a quick mention of the new iPhone 12 model during the event. The new color is only available for the standard iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini – not for the “Pro” models.
The purple iPhone 12 is available for pre-order on Friday, April 23rd. It starts arriving a week later, on April 30th.

The new purple finish, exactly at spring time, adds another bright and fun option to the range and we think customers will love it.This beautiful new color joins the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini family, which is available in five other stunning finishes and has an advanced dual camera, Super Retina XDR screen, improved durability, A14 Bionic – the fastest chip ever in a smartphone – excellent battery life and the best 5G experience on any smartphone. ”

The iPhone 12 starts at $ 799 for 64GB of storage. The iPhone 12 mini starts at $ 699 for the same 64GB. The phones include the same A14 chip, 5G wireless and a Super Retina XDR display from models launched in the fall.
