The impact of Genshin it was undoubtedly one of the biggest launches of 2020, winning over 40 million players by the end of the year. miHoYo has ensured that players are kept involved by regularly adding new content to the game, from new characters to objects, weapons and regions.
The last major update that was released was 1.4 Update and added a new Rosaria character, brought back Venti and introduced a new Hangouts event. Shortly afterwards, preparations for the 1.5 update began, with miHoYo organizing beta testing for the update.
However, this did not work as planned, as players started leaking content from update 1.5. This leaked almost the entire update before launch. We have already learned that the update will include Eula and Yanfei and a new housing system. However, there is still much to follow after the 1.5 update.
Genshin Impact 1.6 Leaks: The Inazuma map has leaked, the location is probably changed
If you have been playing the game for some time, you may have heard of the Inazuma region. This is one of the highly anticipated regions of the game, as it will also mark the arrival of the Dendro characters, which will include Baizhu and Yaoyao.
After much speculation, it has been revealed in recent days that update 1.6 will include the Inazuma region. Now, another leak has surfaced regarding the Inazuma region suggesting that the location of the region has been changed.
The leak comes from the popular Genshin leaker Lumie and Velturize yourselfand states that the Inazuma region is now located behind the Guyun Stone Forest. This refers to the location of the Inazuma region in closed beta testing and the similarities between the two areas confirm that it is indeed the Inazuma region.
Given that closed beta testing almost never resembles the final game, we can expect more of these changes to be implemented in the final update. What remains to be seen is whether the Inazuma region will end up in update 1.6.
