The human skeleton found on Aguada Beach

Police are investigating the discovery of a human skeleton in Aguada, more precisely on the beach in the Espinal neighborhood.

According to the police report, a local resident had noticed a black plastic sheath at the mouth of the Culebrinas River for a week.. The current then carried the bag to the beach. This afternoon, the citizen decided to open the lid, finding a bag with the skeleton inside.

The discovery was reported shortly after 6 p.m.

The agents are working on the spot, and the skeleton is said to have been sent to the Bureau of Forensic Sciences for expert purposes.

Murder reported in Trujillo Alto

Police, meanwhile, also reported a violent death this afternoon in Trujillo Alto.

The events took place on Highway 8860, near the Pentecostal Church of God. A 9-1-1 call alerted authorities to a person lying on the sidewalk, and when officers arrived at the scene, they found the body of a man shot in various parts of the body.

Police did not identify the victim.
