Haitian President Jovenel Moise has announced that his government will take drastic measures to combat the abductions and organized crime in his country, following the abduction of two Dominicans on February 21st.
Through a tweet, The Haitian president said Dominican citizens would be handed over to Dominican authorities, as he had agreed with his counterpart, Luis Abinader.
In the publication, Moses adds that the delivery of the young people will take place after the Central Directorate of the Haitian Judicial Police (DCPJ) questioned them.
I have just been informed that Dominican citizens, after being heard by the DCPJ, will be handed over to the Dominican authorities, as I discussed with @luisabinader Drastic measures will be taken to combat kidnapping and organized crime in the country.

According to Frantz Exantus, Secretary of State for Communication in Haiti, DCPJ conducted interrogations this Sunday in the presence of the Dominican consul in Port-au-Prince and military attaché Salomón Sánchez.
Brothers Maicol Enrique and Antonio Gerer Campusano Feliz were abducted on their way back to Port-au-Prince, along with a translator, after finishing filming in Jacmel (Haiti) on February 21st.
