Police and emergency services were called to the supermarket on Dolly Parton Parkway in Sevierville around 3:30 p.m. after receiving reports of a free army.
Dozens of shoppers rushed from the store, and some took refuge at a nearby Chick-Fil-A, local WVLT news reported.
