governor Pedro Pierluisi, announced today that it hopes that by the end of this month of April the sending of the third control of the Economic estimate of $ 1,400.

The island would receive approximately $ 20 billion in funds related to the American Rescue Plan.
“Many of our citizens will receive an economic incentive of $ 1,400 and can be sure that as soon as the Federal Treasury gives us the consent, the Treasury Department is ready to pay the money and goes directly into the pockets of our people,” Pierluisi said.
On the other hand, he pointed out that the Treasury sent $ 249 million in withdrawals to over 350,000 taxpayers.
