To bring joy and music this Christmas to all Dominican homes, the Presidency of the Republic will begin tonight the series of virtual concerts “Christmas at home”.
Starting at 9:00 pm, the Dominican family will be able to enjoy free artistic presentations with various exponents of merengue, bachata, salsa, urban music and ballads.
Silvio Mora, Luis Miguel del Amargue, Fefita la Grande, Eddy Herrera, Los Hermanos Rosarios, María Díaz, Rubby Pérez, Pochy Familia, Peña Suazo, Miriam Cruz, Techy Fatule, Mozart La Para, La Materialista, Chiquito Team Band, Sexappeal, Bonny and Richie Cepeda, Amarfis, Sergio Vargas, Manny Cruz and Fernando Villalona make up the artistic panel that Dominicans will be able to enjoy from anywhere in the world for four days.
A press release indicates that the initiative is part of President Luis Abinader’s actions in his commitment to support the arts sector on which hundreds of families depend and that it has been severely affected in the last 10 months by the effects of the Covid pandemic. -19 and, in turn, offers citizens options to enjoy healthy entertainment during these Christmas festivities, while staying in their homes, respecting the provisions on the weather.
Lives concerts “Navidad en Casa”, conducted under the coordination of the Cabinet of Social Policies and its head, Tony Peña, and the president’s adviser on artistic issues, Engelbert Landolfi; will be broadcast every evening through the official social media accounts of the government house @PresidenciaRD and @ComunicacionDO.
