Vince Russo was not a fan of the match between Bobby Lashley and Riddle on WWE RAW last night.
Bobby Lashley kept the WWE Championship at WrestleMania, defeating Drew McIntyre. As for Riddle, he lost the US WWE Championship to Sheamus at the “Show of Shows”.
Vince Russo discussed the match between Bobby Lashley and Riddle on RAW after WrestleMania at the last edition of Legion of RAW. Clearly, Russo was not impressed, as he considered the result predictable and felt that the first 20 minutes of the show were wasted:
“Lashley defends the title against Drew on Saturday night at WrestleMania. And now there’s a good old man, Riddle, who’s riding his scooter, decides he wants a game against Bobby Lashley. The first 20 minutes of this show are over [sic] eaten with Lashley crossing Riddle, “said Vince Russo.

Vince Russo also provided insight into how WWE currently reserves Riddle. He believes Riddle was forced to lose at both WrestleMania and RAW because WWE believes RIddle has the charisma to lose without them hurting him too much:
“They just beat Riddle at WrestleMania, they just made Lashley beat Riddle tonight, but I’ll tell you that … Riddle, in my opinion, has enough charisma, enough personality, he’ll His career is only He will be able to overcome this and this is probably what I do, but only the fact that Lashley gives this guy a match, two days after WrestleMania, the first 20 minutes of this show was utter nonsense, “Russo said.
