The Detroit Pistons send Delon Wright to the Sacramento Kings for Cory Joseph

The Detroit Pistons are negotiating goalie Delon Wright at the Sacramento Kings for goalie Cory Joseph and two second-round picks, sources told ESPN Wednesday night.

The elections that will go to Detroit will be in the second round in 2021 through the Los Angeles Lakers and in the second round in the 2024 round of the Kings, sources told ESPN. The Pistons now have three second-round picks in the 2021 draft, including Charlotte, Toronto and now Sacramento.

The deal brings Joseph together with his former Toronto Raptors coach, Dwane Casey, in Detroit.

Wright, 28, is guaranteed $ 8.5 million for next season. He moves in the rotation of the guard of kings with De’Aaron Fox, Tyrese Haliburton and Buddy Hield.

Wright has averaged 10.5 points, 4.6 rebounds and 5.1 assists for the Pistons this season.

Joseph, 29, has averaged 6.7 points in 43 games this season.
