Animal Crossing: New Horizons
2020 was a difficult year and required a lot of self-care and few opportunities to escape here and there. No game has represented better than Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
It was a tough race between New horizons and Hades (We had to organize a leak!), but in the end, the cute little animals defeated the underworld. After I “finished” the main story of New horizons and I participated in every seasonal event, I see why.
There is a certain turnkey attraction New horizons that is undeniable. In the beginning, it is the game you play before everyone else. Finally, it is the game that you can frame among other things. When the speech wrapped up and passed a given title (things move too fast, unfortunately), New horizons It is still there. In fact, your village is in fact still there, waiting to come back and crush some insects.
Also like Zelda: Breath of the Wild and a few other big-ticket Nintendo games in recent years, New horizons continues to make headlines because of the tireless efforts of the community. People create pretty fantastic things in this universe; and even if you don’t play it actively, it was probably fun to follow.
For these reasons and more, Animal Crossing: New Horizons is our game of change for 2020.
