The Durango prosecutor’s office reported this weekend the death of Alma Rosa Medina Gámiz, 41, who was the daughter of the late singer José Ángel Medina, from the group Patrulla 81. The events took place on Saturday around 16:00. hours in the city of Durango, when a call for help was received where was alerted to the unconscious condition of a woman in the Lomas del Parque subdivision.
The house was attended by paramedics from the Red Cross and elements from various security corporations, who tried to revive it. When it was established that she had no vital signs, Alma Rosa’s body was transferred to the amphitheater, where the legal autopsy confirmed that the cause of death was suicide due to suffocation by hanging.
It seems that the daughter of the former leader of Patrulla 81, a Mexican regional party, was suffering from laryngeal cancer and had been diagnosed with COVID-19, illness that led to his father’s death in November last year.
