The Canadian parliamentarian was caught naked during the virtual meeting

A Canadian parliamentarian was caught on Wednesday during a virtual conference of the House of Commons on Wednesday, according to a report.

William Amos, a Liberal MP, was recorded on a nude camera in his office, flanked by flags in Quebec and Canada, according to a screenshot obtained by The Canadian Press, CTV News reported.

The incident took place during the interrogation period.

The 46-year-old lawmaker, who represents parts of Quebec, later apologized for the presentation, which she said was unintentional.

“It was an unfortunate mistake,” Amos said a statement on Twitter by CTV News reporter Rachel Aiello.

“My video was accidentally turned on while I was changing into work clothes after jogging. I sincerely apologize to my colleagues in the House of Commons for this unintentional distraction, “he said.

Amos did not speak during the virtual session.

The whip of the Liberal Party, MP Claude DeBellefeuille, addressed the incident after the interrogation period, according to reports.

DeBellefeuille said the parliamentary decoration requires male MPs to wear formal attire, including underwear.
