CES 2021 is taking place digitally this year and has not been as exciting as in previous years, as many providers have given up. That being said, some companies are still presenting some interesting Apple-related accessories that will be released this year and will be of interest to Mac, iPad and iPhone users.
Wireless CarPlay is catching on, and Pioneer has launched its new DMH-WC5700NEX receiver with support for both iredCarPlay, both wired and wireless. The updated receiver has a 6.8-inch touch screen and a hidden control unit for installation flexibility. It’s coming this summer, and prices haven’t been detailed yet.

LG has introduced a new UltraFine Display OLED Pro with a 31.5-inch screen, more than 8 million pixels and an individual reduction of HDR pixels. It is LG’s first OLED monitor and, like other UltraFine screens, will be compatible with Apple Macs. LG also unveiled a new 39.7-inch 5K2K UltraWide monitor. Prices and availability have not yet been announced.

Satechi’s Dock5 is a simple charging station that can accommodate up to five devices simultaneously with two 20W USB-C ports, two 12W USB-A ports and a Qi-based wireless charger that supports up to 10W. It is priced at $ 60 and can be purchased from the Satechi website.

StudioDock is an iPad Pro docking station that includes built-in wireless charging PiPhone and AirPods, along with an optional Apple Watch charger for charging multiple Apple devices simultaneously. It has three USB-A ports, a USB-C port, an HDMI 2.0 port, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, an SD card reader and a Gigabit Ethernet port. Kensington has not yet distributed prices or a release date.

Dell introduced the UltraSharp 40 Curved WUHD Monitor, which has a curved 40-inch screen with a resolution of 5120×2160. It has a 21: 9 aspect ratio and built-in Thunderbolt 3 connectivity, so it can work with Apple Macs. The UltraSharp 40 will be available on January 28 at prices starting at $ 2,100.

JBL has launched the JBL Bar 5.0 Multibeam, an AirPlay 2 soundbar that makes it ideal for Apple users. With irAirPlay 2 support, sound can be transmitted wirelessly directly to the soundbar on PiPhone, iPad and Mac. JBL launches the soundbar in the spring of 2021 and will be priced at $ 400.

Belkin has launched another MagSafe charging option, the 2-in-1 Boost Charge Pro wireless charger holder with MagSafe, which works with the Apple iPhone 12 range. It can charge a PiPhone 12 and another device through its wireless charging base and is more affordable than the 3-in-1 version at $ 99.95. It will be available in March or April.

Belkin’s Freedom True Wireless wireless headphones, under the Soundform brand, are the first third-party headphones to offer integration with the Find My application. These headphones can be tracked right next to your Apple devices, plus they offer eight hours of playback time, ambient noise cancellation, and Qi-based wireless charging. Prices are unknown, but Belkin plans to launch the headphones in March or April.
