The bell chamber captures debris with a falling jet

Shocking images of the camera at the door captured part of Flt hit by United Airlines. 328 crashing into a suburban Colorado street.

Mark Moskovics’ Nest room caught the wreckage on the Boeing 777-200 hit the road just a few meters from a parked car – crashing so hard that it jumped a few meters into the air before stopping.

A few seconds later, an even stronger accident occurred to signal the landing of an object that fell just to the left of the camera view from the door. The footage was shared with CBS Denver reporter Conor McCue.

Fortunately, the street in Broomfield, a suburb of Denver, was otherwise quiet and empty – with no reported injuries, despite falling debris making the neighborhood look like it was in a “war zone,” according to one of the Moskovics’ neighbors, Lonnie Kermoade.

“It could have been real tragic,” Kermoade told CBS Denver about the wreckage, some of which fell into their yard. “Fortunately, God is watching over everyone.”

An unidentified neighbor shared photos of a huge hole in his roof, where debris collapsed as he prepared his family’s sandwiches.

Some debris also collapsed in a park full of at least six training football teams, sending them to flee for cover, the Denver Post said.

“Honestly … I thought we were being bombed,” one of the team’s coaches, Heather Solar, told the newspaper of a large piece of debris that was 10 feet from where she was sitting in the Commons park.

“There were so many debris in the sky,” she said.

Broomfield police posted on Twitter that he was “beyond gratitude” that there were no injuries there, “given the number of people at Commons Park on a weekend.”

The National Transport Safety Council has said it is investigating the burning engine failure, but has not yet speculated what could have been the cause.

No injuries were reported on board the plane.
