The Amber Heard charity can change the tide

Johnny Depp’s camp believes the attacked star could eventually win a courtroom – because his ex, Amber Heard, would have neglected to donate funds from their divorce to charities.

When his ex-wife Heard raised $ 7 million in the 2017 divorce agreement, she pledged to donate the money to the American Civil Liberties Union and the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital.

But on Wednesday, it was sued that Heard never handed over the money to charities.

Now sources close to Depp believe the revelation could work to his advantage, trying to resort to another of his many legal battles.

The “Pirates of the Caribbean” star sued the British newspaper The Sun after calling him a “wife beater” for allegedly attacking Heard during their marriage. He lost the case in July last year.

But now he’s trying to appeal the decision.

Heard was a key witness in the initial case, and a judge ruled that the allegations against Depp in this article were “substantially true.”

But sources close to Depp’s team told us this week, “The judge thought it was this wonderful human being who supported humanity,” because of her alleged generosity, “but she was lying on her back. [about the donations]. ”

At a hearing in London on Thursday to decide whether Depp could appeal, his lawyer called the request for the money donation a “calculated and manipulative lie.”

But Sun’s lawyers said Heard had not lied, that he had already made “a series of payments” and had simply not finished teaching.

It also came to light in court that Depp had sent a message to a friend at the time saying: “Under no circumstances will anyone give the money !!! Thanks for leaving !!! It makes me sick to think how much I tried to make it work … Now … Honestly, I wouldn’t touch that whore with a Hazmat suit on !!! What a mess. I hate her !!! ”

The representatives for Heard and Depp did not return to us.
