A magnitude 4.8 earthquake shook the north-east of the island this morning.
According to the Puerto Rico Seismic Network, the quake occurred at latitude 18.8, longitude 65.2 and 56.52 kilometers north of Culebra. It was 23 kilometers deep.

There are no tsunami warnings for Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands.
Residents of Luquillo, Fajardo, Yabucoa, Bayamón, Carolina and Caguas reported feeling the quake.
