The 2022 PGA Championship will be eliminated from Trump National Bedminster Golf Club

Donald Trump’s Bedminster Golf Course will likely be eliminated by a major tournament on the PGA Tour 2022 calendar, in the latest aftermath of Wednesday’s Chapter Revolt.

The decision to take the PGA 2022 Championship – one of the major sports tournaments – has not yet been announced.

But Golfweek’s Eamon Lynch believes the decision will likely come after Trump leaves office.

“The chances of the ‘PGA Championship of 22 happening as scheduled in New Jersey are as good as the chances of you or me winning it,'” Lynch wrote on Saturday, clearly in English.

“Seth Waugh, PGA of the American CEO, was a banker and has an alert eye for high risk exposure. He knows that Trumpism will probably be an equally incendiary force in the midterm elections of 22 and that any affiliation is poisonous.

“Waugh will be forced to move the event and face a small but vocal fraction of its members, who remain true believers.”

Lynch also suggested the decision could come after Joe Biden’s inauguration, writing “worries will melt in 10 days, if not sooner.”

The PGA has been debating moving the championship for some time.

“The move of his majority from Trump National has been debated internally at the PGA for more than two years, but executives have been reluctant to counter a vengeful man who controls the domestic revenue service. Lynch wrote.

The 2022 PGA Championship will be the first men’s major to be held at Trump National Golf Club.

The US Women’s Open took place there in 2017, which was won by Park Sung-hyun in South Korea.

That Medal of Freedom award came just a day after Wednesday’s Capitol riots

Golf has always been Trump’s favorite sport, or at least the sport he’s been most connected to over the years.

The president owns at least 17 golf clubs around the world, including a few in Florida.

Trump warned Barack Obama of the famous time the former president spent playing golf, but GNN estimates that Trump played at least 308 times during his presidency.

The day after the Capitol riots, Trump actually awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to three golfers: Annika Sorenstam, Gary Player and the late Babe Didrikson Zaharias.

The possible elimination of one of the largest golf tournaments in Trump National is the latest in a line of answers, after Trump helped incite Wednesday’s riot, which is linked to at least five deaths.

Some fans of Home Alone 2: Lost in New York demand that Trump be removed digitally from his role in the film.

“I won’t rest until he’s removed from that scene in Home Alone 2,” Matt Navarra wrote on Twitter.

Foreign leaders, internal leaders and diplomats also condemn the president, who has since been blocked from using most social networking sites indefinitely.

“Failure to meet the public accountability of the president will affect our democracy and our ability to effectively pursue our foreign policy objectives abroad,” a statement from diplomats to the State Department said, according to the Associated Press.

Other riot-related cancellations include Simon & Schuster canceling Senator Josh Hawley’s planned book and Apple and Amazon removing the right-wing Parler app from their platforms.

One of the remaining consequences that could be in the works is the removal of Trump from office.

The 25th Amendment does not seem likely to be invoked, but House Democrats are targeting an indictment this week.

Biden’s inauguration is set for January 20.
