NEW YORK – As a senator, Joe Biden approved of Bill Clinton’s deregulation in 1999. That led to the housing crisis and financial collapse of 2008.
The Obama-Biden administration transferred billions to the bankers, who also kept the houses, forcing millions of Americans to pay for the houses they lost. Many of them voted for Biden.
The Obama-Biden administration built cages to keep immigrant children separate from their parents and deported about 3.0 million Latinos.
Donald Trump popularized cages, divorces and deportations. Many voted against Trump’s anti-immigrant policy, they chose Biden, the founder of that policy.
Now Biden, very good he, will “reunite” the families Trump has “separated”, great, bravo. And the families separated by the three million Obama-Biden deportees, “reuniting for when”?
Politicians are cynics, and politics, to paraphrase Alberto Cortéz, is “cynicism at the highest level”.
