Terrace Marshall “talks a lot with the Eagles”

The Eagles traded up to number 12 overall to hide more assets, but could still be in the game for a wide LSU receiver at the end of the first round.

With Ja’Marr Chase giving up last season, Terrace Marshall had the opportunity to fully expose his talents for the Tigers.

Marshall is versatile and his production in the LSU slot would allow him to immediately become a difference factor in NFC East.

After his professional day, Marshall said he had several conversations with the Eagles, among other teams.

That interest and those conversations continued, as Kyle Brandt reported Tuesday morning to the NFL Network Good Morning Football that Philadelphia seems to covet Marshall.

“This guy is 6-3, he gets 10 touchdowns in seven games before giving up the rest of the season. You think all these guys have and they have. This is another, big, explosive player I can watch. He talked a lot with the Eagles, so we’ll see. ”

To land Marshall between the 22-27 first-round pick, Philadelphia could be forced to break up with choice no. 37 generally in the second round and choice no. 70 in the third.

Marshall can be physically outside, while having the necessary speed, which helps him to separate on the routes.

In the 2019 season, when Chase and Justin Jefferson both walked over 1,000 meters, Marshall recorded 46 receptions for 671 meters and 13 touchdowns.

During the 2020 season, Marshall caught 48 passes for 731 yards and 10 touchdowns in seven games before giving up without further ado.
