The newly elected President of the House of Representatives, Rafael “Tatito” Hernández, opened his chair today, leading the first meeting as legislative leader on Sunday.

Following the swearing-in of the newly elected legislator yesterday morning, several lawmakers sat at the table with Puerto Rican Bar Association President Daisy Calcaño, where they discussed issues related to the Civil Code, constitutional changes, among others. .
