The famous surgeon Raúl García Rinaldi, died today due to a massive heart attack.
The information was corroborated by the president of the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Víctor Ramos, who indicated that at the time of his death García was in his office.
The surgeon worked in the Mayagüez area, who, in an interview with Galenus magazine, detailed that he arrived in the west of the island in 2001, after being invited to develop a cardiovascular center in that municipality.

According to the article, the doctor graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. He also had the opportunity to do an internship in Minnesota and Houston, Texas.
In the same interview, García Rinaldi always wanted to be a doctor and liked to work 15-15 hours a day. “I can’t think of retiring or slowing down,” he said at the time.
García has published more than 200 articles and participated in more than 40 different health organizations.
The country’s medical class has begun to regret the surgeon’s departure.
