Stephen Curry makes NBA history reaching 2,500 3s

The Warriors matched Ray Allen and Reggie Miller for the best three-point scorers.

Warriors goalie Stephen Curry became the third player in NBA history to hit 2,500 triples, joining Ray Allen Reggie Miller.

The Warriors got the mark in a game against the Chicago Bulls, in a piece in which he was scored by two towers, Lauri Markkanen and Garrett Temple, and still managed to surprise with his shot.

Curry joins the list that includes Ray Allen, who retired in 2014 with the Miami Heat, and Reggie Miller, the first to set that record.

The mark could not be reached since 2011, when Ray Allen equaled it in February that year and set the record at 2,973 3 points achieved, now this will be the next challenge for 32-year-old Steph Curry.

Curry holds the record for most 3 points scored with the Warriors and has the best percentage of free throws in the franchise, playing for Golden State in 2019.
