Spotify employees can now work remotely permanently

As the global pandemic ignites, we’ve seen a lot of tech companies consider turning remote work into an option for their employees, even after an avid. Now Spotify is on board: THEn Friday, the company has announced launching its Work From Anywhere program, which will give THOUSAND of Spotify employees around globe the freedom to work anywhere – and yet – he would like.

These employees will also receive more flexibility when it comes to deciding where they work. That being said, this is not permission to go just anywhere in the world – Spotify notes in its announcement that there are “some limitations” on where employees can go, just because of “time zone difficulties and the laws of regional entities ”.

“The ultimate goal of our new design approach is to ensure that employees have a place to focus, collaborate and create – whether it’s in an office, a conference room or a cafe,” he explains. Spotify posting.
