DALLAS (CBSDFW / AP) – Federal authorities have accused a former Southwest Airlines pilot of indecent exposure for an incident that is said to have taken place during a flight last August.
Michael Haak was the pilot-in-command of the pilot during a flight from Philadelphia to Orlando, Florida, according to a one-page file filed in Maryland Federal District Court.

According to the document, dated Friday, Haak exposed his genitals in documents that began, continued and ended while flight 6607 on August 10 was in the air. The document does not indicate the circumstances and who could have witnessed the incident.

It has not been established whether Haak has a lawyer.
A spokeswoman for the Southwest said Haak left the airline before the company learned of the incident. Ever since she found out about it, she said, Southwest has been cooperating with investigators.
