Sources – Warriors debutant warrior James Wiseman has broken his meniscus in his right knee, may lose the rest of the season

Golden State Warriors debutant James Wiseman has suffered a meniscus rupture in his right knee and could miss the rest of the season, sources told ESPN.

Wiseman, general election no. 2 in the NBA 2020 draft, suffered images on Sunday for an injury suffered on Saturday night. Further consultation with doctors is expected to result in an injury action plan and a return schedule, sources told ESPN.

Wiseman, 20, was injured in the second quarter of Saturday’s win over Houston when he got up for a dive and landed awkwardly after Rockets striker Kenyon Martin Jr. blocked him.

Wiseman has an average of 11.5 points and 5.8 rebounds in 21 minutes per game this season. He missed three weeks in February with a wrist injury.
