Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick sold their home in West Village, New York, for $ 15 million, according to property records.

The red brick town house has three floors and has an area of ​​about 4,182 square meters, according to real estate data site PropertyShark. The couple bought the house for $ 2.995 million in 2000, records show.

The apartment is located on Charles Street, not far from the property used as the residence of Carrie Bradshaw, the character of Mrs. Parker from the TV show “Sex and the City”.

The identity of the buyer, who purchased through a limited liability company, could not be established.
