The decision was made by the club council not to appeal, we do not want to take it beyond what it was already, “the leader said in an interview with TUDN.
Baños stressed that the resolution of the Disciplinary Bureau is unfair because he believes that the punishment is very severe for the mistake made in the duel against Rojinegros.
“We feel angry and very upset, we take responsibility, we know we were wrong, but clearly we do not agree with the sanction that we receive. We believe that the punishment is not proportionate to the crime borne, it is totally unfair to me, it is crazy that the punishment is so serious for a crime, I think there must be a proportion between mistakes and sanctions and obviously in this case it is not so.
