His intention was to make the Mexican population aware of the importance of using a face mask or a mask; however, the example you used was not entirely inappropriate.

Through his social networks, Samuel García, a candidate for government in Nuevo León, was delighted to publish a photo, which ironically was against what he proclaimed.

“We must take care of our loved ones and keep our guard up: we celebrate by following all possible health and distance measures,” was the message written by the official.
