There was a reduction in availability and even depletion of S20, S20 Plus and Ultra sales.
Samsung Galaxy S20 series smartphones, which are less than a year old, are already starting to disappear from sales in some regions after the launch of the company’s next line of high-end smartphones this month, TechRadar Reports.
The Samsung site in the United States and the United Kingdom presents its stocks of S20, S20 Plus and Ultra as depleted, and the situation is the same for retailers Verizon, Best Buy and Mobile Phones. The latter, a popular British retailer, posted a message announcing that “the Samsung Galaxy S20 has been discontinued“.
The devices in this series can still be purchased from other UK retailers, and AT&T and Sprint in the United States.

Although pattern disruption is normal in the mobile world, doing so closely is rare. Devices usually tend to leave the market two years after its launch, and even later if they are popular.
Technical analysts believe that such a rapid outage could be due unexpectedly low popularity S20 series.
When asked for a comment, the South Korean manufacturer replied: “Samsung will continue sales of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. Availability of the complete Galaxy S20 line will vary in each region“.
On January 14, Samsung launched its new flagship series at the Galaxy Unpacked 2021 event. On this occasion, it unveiled three models: Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 + and Galaxy S21 Ultra.
