Sam Koch has a series of consecutive 15-year-old games in jeopardy as Ravens striker COVID-19

OWINGS MILLS, Md. – Baltimore Ravens striker Sam Koch was placed on the reserve list / COVID-19 on Wednesday, endangering his 15-year streak of consecutive games.

Koch was kept out of training on Wednesday after the latest COVID-19 test came back inconclusive, a source told ESPN. He has not missed a game since being drafted in the sixth round by the Ravens in 2006, playing in a franchise with 239 consecutive games.

Subsequent testing will determine how long Koch will remain.

Koch’s potential loss comes just days before the critical end of the Ravens season at the Cincinnati Bengals. Baltimore (10-5) can get a wild card berth, beating Cincinnati.

If Koch is out, kicker Justin Tucker would probably replace him. Tucker averaged 40.5 yards on 155 points in Texas.

The other problem is that Koch is the holder of extra points and field goals. Mark Andrews spent a few moments as a starter in the training camp.
