Riot Games will buy state-of-the-art consoles and offer a 10% bonus for all employees

Nicolo Laurent, CEO of Riot Games, today offers employee benefits that include purchasing next-generation consoles for all full-time workers.

Riot employees can choose from Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch from now until 2021. Riot will also offer a 10% bonus, with an additional 2.5% for each year of service starting in 2017, for all time employees in 2021, in addition to their regular annual bonuses, which will be paid next year.

The Los Angeles-based company will also offer more work flexibility in 2021 thanks to a new distributed work schedule and added breaks throughout the year. The moves are aimed at reducing any hint of a culture of crisis and giving employees some relief at a time when stress is high. The company will offer employees the option to purchase a PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X or Nintendo Switch game console.
