Meitenkun was revealed for King of Fighters 15. This is the first new character revealed for King of Fighters 15 since the unveiling of the first trailer with Shun’ei, K ‘, Leona, Mai, Kyo and Benimaru.
Of course, this is actually Meitenkun’s second appearance in the King of Fighters series, when he debuted in King of Fighters 14. Along with Shun’ei, Meitenkun was coached by Tung Fu Rue.
This fighter is weird because he always seems very sleepy. Strangely, he tends to take his pillow to fight him.
Despite all this, Meitenkun is still considered a very capable fighter in the King of Fighters family. While Meitenkun has a very carefree attitude, it is noted that he often reigns victorious over Shun’ei, who is the protagonist of King of Fighters 14 and 15.
During the trailer, Meitenkun is able to attack with energy-based attacks. Putting their energy in the pillow, even attacks that use the pillow of the head can cause damage against opponents.
At the end of the trailer, we are told to “tune in next week for more information.” See Meitenkun’s trailer below:
