Thousands of Internet users reported a global drop in all Microsoft services this afternoon.
These include the Teams platform, which is used for virtual courses and business meetings, Office 365, Outlook, Exchange and more.
According to the “Downdetector” page, over 28,000 users reported in the last hour that they could not access the services.
In turn, the Microsoft 365 page assured that it is working on the issue of access to their multiple platforms and, after identifying the problem, hopes that all users can regain access in one hour.
We have identified the root cause of the problem and are taking steps to mitigate the impact. We will provide an updated ETA at resolution as soon as one is available. Additional information can be found at https://t.co/AEUj8uAGXl or MO244568, if available.
