If you subscribe to Nintendo’s official YouTube channel, you may have noticed on the last day that it has reloaded its Switch Online presentation trailer. Despite the fact that it was a new charge, the antipathies already exceed the number of appreciations.
At the time of writing, there are about 5K likes and 15K likes. Here is a sample of one of the thousands of comments:
“Uploading this trailer online a million times will not change the fact that we are still against it.”
While he has some viewers who think Nintendo is trying to get a more positive reception from the fan base, it seems this is likely not the case.
As mentioned in several other comments below the same video, towards the end of the trailer there are now images of the new Switch Online exclusive, PAC-MAN 99. There are some Animal Crossing: New Horizons gameplay there, so it’s definitely an updated video.
“They added Pacman 99 to the trailer at 2:43. That’s it. That’s why they reloaded it.”
However, it is not the best aspect when this trailer continues to be loaded and dislikes significantly exceed the number of appreciations.
Although the Switch Online service may not have the best reputation among fans, the service is not exactly fighting. In September last year, it now gained more than 26 million subscribers.

It’s not the first time we’ve seen headlines about companies reloading game trailers. Last year, The Pokémon Company reloaded a video with Pokémon Unite on multiple occasions.
