Raiders command the project in 7 rounds after the NFL returns the project chosen for COVID violations

For the third time in a few days, the Raiders have added a draft pick to their 202 total. It is added to the call. They had been docked in the sixth round for repeated violations of COVID-19 during the season. They appealed the decision, and the NFL announced today that they had won that appeal.

The pick they got back was the 200 pick, but with the Patriots giving up a third round, the selection is actually the 199th pick. The returned election brings the total to 8 choices in this sketch. Here is what their draft order looks like now:
