Rachel Uchitel – who was recently photographed kissing married lawyer Ed Batts on the way home from a romantic escape – claims that he is already separated from his wife.
Earlier this week, Batts ‘six-year-old wife, Robyn, told the Daily Mail that she met Uchitel, best known as Tiger Woods’ former mistress, online in November. He abruptly left her, Robyn claims, less than a month later, closing the family’s bank account and embarking on Red Eye in Palm Beach, Florida, to be with Uchitel, as well as to ship. But Uchitel told Page Six, “Robyn publicly humiliates her estranged husband, from whom she has been separated for some time, using me as a target.” She added: “It is sad that the media has taken a story out of context again and is trying to paint me as a mistress, when this is not the case.”
Meanwhile, Uchitel will appear in the upcoming HBO documentary, “Tiger,” and says it’s her chance to tell her side of the story about another relationship so that “the audience can see how I’ve been offended over the last decade.”
Uchitel, whose fiancé died on September 11, appeared on the front page when Woods’ then-wife, Elin Nordegren, discovered their affair, and later it turned out that he cheated on several women.
