Rachel Bilson opens her time about meeting OC co-worker Adam Brody.
Bilson, 39, spoke with Nylon on Tuesday, talked about the time he played at Summer Roberts and has met Brody ever since.
“Because of the show and how young we were all, she went with him to someone who experienced the same thing and had such support. It was really wonderful,” said the Los Angeles native. “I am just grateful I had him.

“It was definitely a unique experience and I don’t think anyone else could have really understood it if they hadn’t been in it, so for that reason it was very helpful and supportive and I have total gratitude for the whole the experience.”
Bilson said she would be receptive to the restart of the show – which originally ran from 2003 to 2007 – and kept in touch with show creator Josh Schwartz, whom she described as a brother and writer Stephanie Savage.
“You know, I’ve always said something that Josh and Stephanie want me to do, I’m on board, but it’s kind of hard to figure out what to do with the characters and where they would be,” she said. “I will say that if he ever wanted to do it, I would do it. But I just don’t know where you’re going.
She said that in fact, recently, she sent text messages with “former costar Ben McKenzie”, which was so nice and he just met another child in the world.
