“Thank you universe for allowing me to be here and thank you to all those who supported me. 2020 was a different year than any other,” Van Ness wrote. “I have to campaign and get more politically involved. I finished my tour in Australia and New Zealand for what I didn’t know would be my last stand-up show for who knows how long.”
Then he shocked the fans with news, writing: “I married my best friend and I have a loving partner with whom to build my life further.”
Van Ness’s “Queer Eye” costars, who knew about the marriage, entered the comments section to congratulate the happy couple.
Tan France said: “Happy birthday, Jackaaay! I love you. We hope that next year will be much better and that we will finally be able to celebrate your marriage.”
Karamo Brown commented. “Yes! We can finally celebrate it in public !! So happy for you !!!!!! One of the most beautiful couples in the world. I love you and happy birthday @jvn.”
Antoni Porowski focused on another part of the post, joking: “Are you waiting to have a dog?!?!?!”
Van Ness ended his wishes well by saying that he is looking forward to seeing his mother in 2021.
“Last but not least, the last time I saw my mother, who is so proud of everything she did this year and I can’t wait to see her again soon. I hope you will stay safe and healthy in the coming days. . “
