It all happened on Friday night, when a user posted on Twitter: “Wait, so Nick Jonas and Jameela Jamil divorced?” After an hour, Good place the actress gave an epic response to the user and wrote: “Another Indian woman who bears no resemblance to me. Priyanka Chopra. I think they are very happy together yet.” Mic drop. Retributing Jameela Jamil’s tweet on Saturday, Priyanka Chopra wrote: “Lol” with a fisted hand, a red heart and a skull icon. Priyanka Chopra and Jameela Jamil are nothing alike.

Jameela Jamil is a British actress, model and activist. She is known for her performance in comedy series Good place and participated as a host and judge in such shows Playing it straight, freshly squeezed, the Index of Misery and Legendary.

Priyanka Chopra has been mistaken for other actresses in the past. A few years ago, ABC, the network that broadcast Quantico, used the image of actress Yukta Mookhey’s model instead of Priyanka’s image. In 2019, actress-model-actress Padma Lakshmi was mistaken for Priyanka Chopra by a magazine.

Speaking of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, the duo are very much in love with each other. The couple got married according to the Christian and Hindu ceremonies at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur on December 1 and 2, 2018.
