Prince Harry’s “dirty” bare feet sparked calls for the king to “buy some shoes and put them aside” after announcing baby number two with his wife Meghan Sunday.
A spokesman for the couple said in a statement: “We can confirm that Archie will be an older brother. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are happy to have their second child.
Harry, 36, and Meghan, 39, confirmed the happy news with a black-and-white photo of them. The couple is sitting next to a tree with Harry’s hand placed under Meghan’s head, while she lies on his lap, her hand resting on the swelling.
But for many fans, the sight of the prince’s bare feet proved too great.
Twitter user @KellyannBabes wrote: “Congratulations Harry and Meghan … but there is a serious need for Harry’s bare feet.”

The child will be the eighth in line to the British throne.
A spokesman for Buckingham Palace said: “His Majesty, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Prince of Wales and the whole family are delighted and wish them well.”
The couple, who currently live in California, announced the news on the 37th birthday of Harry’s mother, Princess Diana, who announced that she was pregnant with him on Valentine’s Day in 1984.
But for some, the photo shared to celebrate their pregnancy – taken by the couple’s longtime friend Misan Harriman – was also a sign of disrespect.

Harry and Meghan shocked the world last year when they resigned as senior kings and announced that they would move to North America with baby Archie, who will turn two in May.
The couple boasted of a spacious nine-bedroom mansion in Montecito that they bought for $ 14.65 million in June last year.
Their baby announcement came just days after Cousin Harry, Princess Eugenie, received a baby boy on February 9th.

Speaking to British Vogue following the announcement of the baby, Harriman said: “Being asked to help share this absolute joy after such an unimaginable loss and heartache is a sign of true friendship.
“Meg reminded me that if I hadn’t introduced her to a mutual friend, then she wouldn’t have met Harry.
“I’m grateful for any small role I’ve played.”

Photographer Harriman, 55, is known for his photos of celebrities and activists. His work documenting the Black Lives Matter protests this summer caught the attention of Edward Enniful, the publisher of British Vogue, who commissioned him to become the first black man to film a Vogue cover in its 104-year history.
His images were presented on the cover of the prestigious September issue.
It is also unclear how Harriman was introduced to the Duke and Duchess, but his legend has shown that he has known them for a long time.
