With the new orders from the Government of Puerto Rico to deal with the increase in COVID-19 coronavirus cases, a Puerto Rican police officer used official equipment to say xenophobic comments and use language.

In the Condado area, a patrol guided citizens and restaurant owners, using the patrol speaker, which businesses turned off at 9:00 p.m.
In the video in which the situation was recorded, a person is heard answering that it was 8:00 at night, when the agent got angry and started to answer.

“Don’t be funny moron, go back to your country to make those comments,” the uniformed man inside the patrol commented. However, the agent did not stop and continued: “There is always someone who comes from another country to make stupid comments and not even take a slap. Mexican Pend …”.

The changes to the new executive order began last Friday due to the reported growth of COVID-19 coronavirus on the island. Businesses close at 9 am and the weather conditions close at 10 am. The sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited from 9 pm.
