Former Colombian cyclist Pedro Saul Morales died this Wednesday, after suffering a heart attack, after training in the morning on the roads of Coal.

He has always stood out as an excellent climber and has had several appearances on international roads, as he was part of teams such as Postobón apple and was related to Kelme of España.

Morales participated twice in France Tour, but in both he could not finish, he did in the competitions of 1987 and 1989.

It was in Back to Spain where he stood out. He was part of the test group five times and was the eighth in the 1989 edition.

This time he finished seven minutes and 59 seconds behind the champion, Pedro Delgado, while his compatriots Fabio Parra Yes Oscar de J. Vargas they were second and third, respectively.

Pedro Saúl Morales was born on July 2, 1965 in Samacá, Boyacá, and he took care of some chicken grills in a municipality in Huila.
