According to the executive director, the executive order designates “a compliance officer, who will report to the governor, to oversee, monitor and monitor the implementation of the order. In addition, it creates the Committee for the Prevention, Support, Salvation and Education of Gender-Based Violence (PARE Committee), which has 17 members, and increases to three the representation of organizations dedicated to providing services and combating violence against women. . The governor also ordered the creation of a mobile application that helps victims of gender violence to seek emergency help by hiding the message sent to protect the victim from their abuser.

The order also states that each agency, in coordination with Office of Management and Budget (OGP) will need to identify the internal, state and federal, external resources available to comply with the provisions of the Executive Order and, if necessary, request additional funding for the management of the declared emergency.
