Patriots’ N’Keal Harry attracts commercial interest

Several wide receivers from the 2019 draft class have become remarkable. Despite being a first-round pick, N’Keal Harry he is not among them. But the Patriots’ expansion showed flashes in his short term. However, his inconsistent production seems to have teams wondering if the Patriots have seen enough.

Teams call Pats about Harry, according to Mike Garafolo of NFL.com (video link). There are two years left for Harry’s rookie contract, with an option decision for the fifth year, which will not expire until 2022. However, Harry is a bit off the option radar at the moment.

New England selected Harry with the last pick in the first round of 2019. The 6-foot-4 Arizona State totaled just 414 yards and four touchdowns in 21 games. But he was not exactly pushed under ideal circumstances.

Harry missed the first half of his debut season due to injury and did not contribute much to Tom Bradythe last months with the franchise. The COVID-19 pandemic that kept players away from the team’s facilities prevented Harry from working Cam Newton, who did not sign until the end of June, outside the 2020 season. Newton’s subsequent fights limited New England’s passing game, with Harry undoubtedly contributing little to the veteran passenger’s misfortunes.

If it had to do with Harry this season, the Patriots would sell quite low. Neither of the last two ceiling numbers for the rookie contract exceeds $ 3.5 million. Teams will also have plenty of receivers to choose from in the free agency, and this sketch is expected to contain another strong culture. The pats will definitely add to their current group and it will be interesting to see where Harry is when they have finished this.
