In his place, David Martínez, a veterinarian graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, who worked at CENTA and was also the director general for animal husbandry at the Ministry agriculture.

Between 1997 and 2000 he was the national coordinator of the animal production program.

The change takes place a few days later the list of corrupt people in Central America, including several Salvadoran officials.

Anliker was in charge of the institution, which is currently being investigated by both the Attorney General’s Office and the Court of Auditors for irregularities in the procurement process for the Health Emergency Program (PES) that delivers food packages to the population in the Covid-19 pandemic.

The main irregularities found in the audit carried out so far by the Court of Auditors include the purchase of maize flour at an additional charge, the purchase of food without sanitary records and the record of zero consumption of foreign companies from which it purchased the goods. .

Anliker can also file complaints with the Court of Ethics for obstructing last year’s audits by the Court of Auditors.
