On El Guitarreño ‘s return to Wapa Stage

Alfonso Alemán, known for his character as El Guitarreño, will return to Wapa TV next Monday, February 15, after months away from the screen, following a deep laceration in his right eye, from which he anticipated, he had a “Miraculous recovery.”

Alemán’s reinstatement in the station will be preceded by a series of four reports on the accident, his treatment and his recovery, which will be broadcast on Wapa and Wapa América.

News packages include interviews with experts and family members who assisted him in his rehabilitation process. Journalist Yesenia Torres spoke with retinologist and surgeon Dr. Andrés Emmanuelli, who is leading her treatment.
