Jorge “Chatón” Enríquez reported that he was the victim of a crime, because this morning he suffered a robbery inside his house while he and his family were away.
Through his social networks, the current player of Venados de Mérida in the MX Expansion League, commented that things with monetary and sentimental value were stolen, among them, the Olympic gold medal he won at the 2012 London Olympics.
Sad tomorrow, after going out with the family for an hour and back home. Realizing that your house is overturned and that things with monetary value, but with a much more sentimental value have been stolen, is something painful. Today I thank God that my family is good.

Among these things, a medal from another Olympian that a collector will surely buy and wear in shop windows. But I know that the value is not in the medal, if not in the lived memories! I bless those people who broke into my house and only stole things from me!

The footballer thanked his followers for messages of support and assured that he will act in accordance with the law, hoping to recover some of what was stolen.
Only material things … but I can never steal my belief that we are people who are interested in serving others! Courage and of course they will act as required by law! Greetings
