The one-week trial can be played between December 30 and January 5
The complete trials of the game are something I would like to see more in general and also especially for cross-platform games. Sometimes you want to see – and feel – how a certain game runs on Switch, you know?
This week, Nintendo is hosting another of its rare Nintendo Switch Online gaming trials. If you have a subscription and are in a kart-racing mood, you can play the full version of Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled from Wednesday, December 30 at 11:00 PT to Tuesday, January 5 at 23:59 PT.
By “full version”, you mean you’re playing Nitro-powered CTR alone, locally or online – the latter is a bloodbath! This is one of those games where many people are amazingly good. They are monsters. Do not trust anyone.
If you’re wondering if this time-limited promotion is worth the trouble, I’d say so. The file size is 9.3 GB.
Crash Team Racing is not currently on sale on the Switch, but drops to $ 14 on the PS4 and Xbox One.
