It’s official, Splatoon 3 – Whether you’re ready or not, it arrives on the Nintendo Switch next year.
If you read the tradition of the third game, you will already know that it is in a new region called Splatlands – a harsh and deserted environment. In the first teaser trailer of the game, we also looked at Splatsville, “the city of chaos”.
According to a list of jobs on Nintendo’s Japanese website (via the Nintendo data analyzer OatmealDome), the company is currently looking for a high-level designer to renovate the “existing” stages.
OatmealDome continues to speculate on how this might mean steps from the original Splatoon and Splatoon 2 come back. In addition, the level designer will also be required to adjust stages, weapons, and game modes, place props per-mode, and balance weapon parameter data.
How would you feel about returning to the previous stages of Splatoon 3? What stages would you like to see return? Share your thoughts below.
