Nike CEO and North American vice president Ann Hebert has resigned from the company. Hebert’s resignation comes after Bloomberg reported that his 19-year-old son, Joe Hebert, allegedly he used his mother’s corporate credit card information to buy sneakers for its resale business, West Coast Streetwear.

Ann Hebert worked for the company for 25 years until her resignation.

Your son, Joe Hebert spent more than $ 200,000 on about 2,000 pairs of shoes, which he later resold in his company.

A Nike spokesman said: “There has been no breach of company policy, inside information or conflicts of interest, nor is there any commercial affiliation between WCS LLC and Nike, including the direct purchase or sale of Nike products.

A Nike spokesman added that Ann Hebert made her personal decision to resign from the company, as reported in USA Today.
